Operation and development of applications

Our work does not end with the deployment of the finished solution in the production environment. For a software solution to fulfill its function and be of benefit to its users, we have to ensure its availability, administration, development and the up-to-date nature of the data. We administer our customer’s systems and guarantee the quality of services provided to them.

ADMINISTRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATIONS

We provide our services in the form of 8/5 and 24/7 service support or according to the specific requirements of our customer. We provide service support to customers subject to the conditions defined in the service agreement.

THE SERVICE AGREEMENT DEFINES

  • The level and quality of services provided.
  • The method of resolving incidents, i.e. defects, which decrease the agreed level of quality of the given service.
  • The communication matrix and responsibilities of the individual parties to the agreement.

In terms of service support, we define a bundle of hours which the customer can use in one month for administration and development of his system. We provide this bundle at a discount price. We bill hours worked above the framework of the bundle ordered according to the valid price list.

If we have not concluded a service agreement with the customer, all defects of the system which are subject to the agreed warranty are resolved in the form of standard claims proceedings.

OPERATION AND MONITORING OF APPLICATIONS

We operate applications on our servers or our customers’ servers. To ensure operation of applications on our servers, we have created a private cloud, which ensures sufficient system resources to run them, to ensure a high level of availability and scalability.

The applications that we operate are constantly checked and monitored. We ensure automatic monitoring with the aid of a Zabbix system, which warns us in good time if something unplanned is happening with the system. Our engineers are then ready, at the latest within the agreed reaction times, to deal with these incidents and to resolve the situation which has arisen.

The private cloud and our servers are operated and monitored by OldanyGroup, s.r.o., which is a specialist in server management and virtualization. Our servers are located in a backbone network with excellent connectivity to the Czech Republic and the whole of the world.
