eBay’s Global Marketing Operations approached us with the need for software support for planning and evaluating marketing campaigns.
The software solution had to enable teams worldwide to plan campaigns, allocate resources for execution, and collaborate effectively.
Our Solution
The RIO application enables distributed marketing teams at eBay to collaborate on creating, planning, and executing marketing campaigns. It replaces email communication, Excel spreadsheets, and other tools.
It supports 2000 users in planning, managing, and evaluating tens of thousands of marketing campaigns annually.
The system supports the entire process, from submitting campaign requests, planning them over time, producing creative materials, to creating briefs for operational teams handling online communication channels. RIO has significantly streamlined the communication process among marketing teams at eBay.
We manage the application for the client and provide user support. The project is delivered using an agile development methodology from the outset.
