Client
Pears Health Cyber (PHC) is a Czech company operating in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Its projects include e-shops like Lekarna.cz and Mojalekaren.sk, the educational platform Ordinace.cz, and the electronic university for doctors, EUNI.cz.
Client’s request
PHC sources goods for its e-shops from multiple suppliers, who provide delivery notes and invoices in various electronic formats. These formats were often incompatible with PHC’s warehouse management software.
As a result, many documents couldn’t be processed automatically and had to be manually entered into the ERP system by PHC staff. This process was prone to errors and resulted in delays.
Solution
We connected an application to PHC’s ABRA system that automatically processes delivery notes and invoices in the four most common formats. When a supplier sends a document by email, the application matches it with the supplier using a template and sends it via REST API to the ERP system, where the warehouse and accounting teams can work with the data.
This solution eliminates the delay between receiving and processing documents, and since no employee is involved in the process, it removes the risk of human error. The document processing time has been shortened and streamlined, and PHC now has clear oversight of stock levels and real-time accounting data.
