Customer requirement

The original desktop application did not suit the company any longer. The client therefore turned to us to create a new, faster and more intuitive version that can be easily expanded.

Solution

We started by rewriting the existing system into a new technology. This was followed by the implementation of new functions that enabled the system to be integrated into several parts of the client’s business. The main features include, for example, easier search for suitable buses or the intuitive assignment of drivers to individual routes. The system facilitates traffic planning and management for its main users which are the dispatchers. It is also used within the accounts department who use the documents from the system for billing of the services.
