Client’s request
The client’s original desktop application no longer met their needs. They approached us to create a new, faster, and more intuitive version that would be easy to expand in the future.
Solution
We started by rewriting the existing system using new technology. This was followed by implementing new features that allowed the system to integrate into more parts of the client’s business. Key features include easier bus search and intuitive driver assignment to routes. The system’s main users are dispatchers, who use it to plan and manage transportation. It is also used by accountants who rely on system data for service billing.
